Questions hotels ask
+Can you work with our existing routers and access points?
Often yes. MikroTik, Omada, UniFi and Grandstream networks can usually be reused. We check during the site survey.
+What happens if the internet line goes down?
With two internet lines, the gateway switches automatically. We also get an alert and can call your ISP for you.
+Do we have to keep guest logs?
Public WiFi providers in India are expected to keep usage records. Our system keeps them for 180 days and can produce them on request.
+How is it priced?
A one-time plan - ₹30,000 for 30-40 rooms, ₹50,000 for 40-60 rooms, ₹99,000 for large and five-star hotels - plus ₹15,000 a year maintenance. Access points and cabling depend on the building and are quoted after the survey.
