Who we are
wifishop.in is operated by I Berry Wifi Corporation (GSTIN 03CBOPK5732J1ZH), Office No. 5, 5th Floor, TDI Business Centre, Sector 118, Mohali, Punjab 160055. "We", "us" and "wifishop" mean I Berry Wifi Corporation.
Products and sellers
Products on wifishop.in are sold either by wifishop.in itself or by an independent seller listed on the product page as "Sold by". Where an independent seller sells the product, the GST invoice is issued by that seller and the contract of sale is between you and the seller; wifishop.in runs the order, payment, delivery and returns process.
We try to describe every product accurately, including its photos and specifications. Product photos may come from the manufacturer and the colour or packaging can differ slightly.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Orders and cancellation
An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation. You can cancel an order free of charge until it is dispatched; once dispatched, the returns policy applies. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your pincode, and will refund you in full.
Installation services
Installation, AMC and other services are provided by our engineers or authorised partners on the terms agreed for that job. Site conditions (cabling, power, mounting) can change the scope; we will tell you before doing extra work.
Warranty and liability
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty for India, as stated on the product page. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer to approach a consumer commission.
