What we collect

When you order or create an account: your name, phone number, email, delivery and billing addresses and, if you give it, your GSTIN. When you send an enquiry: the details you type into the form. When you browse: technical data such as your IP address and cookies needed to keep your cart and login working.

Payments are handled by our payment partner; we receive only the payment status and reference, not your card, UPI or bank details.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, issue GST invoices, provide installation and support, answer enquiries, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

The seller of the product you bought (if it is not wifishop.in), our courier partners (name, phone and address for delivery), our payment partner, and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to those legal retention periods.

Your rights
