About the GRP2601P 2-Line IP Phone with PoE
The Grandstream GRP2601P is a business SIP desk phone from Grandstream's GRP essential range, with 2 lines and 2 SIP accounts, HD audio and built-in PoE, so one network cable gives it both power and connection. It is designed for zero-touch provisioning and central management through Grandstream's GDMS, which matters when you install many phones at once.
In a hotel it is the typical in-room phone: guests dial reception, room service or housekeeping by extension, and with an IP PBX you get wake-up calls and call logs. In offices it suits staff desks that need one or two lines.
Good for
- ✓Hotel guest rooms
- ✓Staff desks and cabins
- ✓Clinics and small offices on an IP PBX
Consider something else if: For reception or operators handling many calls, choose the GRP2603P or GRP2604P with more lines and keys.

Questions about the GRP2601P 2-Line IP Phone with PoE
+Does it need a power adapter?
No, not with a PoE switch or PoE injector: the network cable powers the phone. Without PoE you need a separate power adapter.
+Will it work with my existing PBX?
It is a standard SIP phone, so it registers to most SIP IP PBXs and cloud PBX services. Works with any standard SIP IP PBX, including Grandstream UCM6300 series and cloud PBX services; for hotels it pairs with a UCM IP PBX.
+Can I use it with a Jio or Airtel landline?
Only through a SIP account or an IP PBX. Connect your SIP trunk or the FXO port of an IP PBX to the line, and the phone registers to the PBX.
+Do you install and configure it?
Yes. We set up the IP PBX, extensions and phones on site in the tricity or remotely anywhere.
