How international ordering works
- Add the products to your cart, or send us a list (models and quantities) on WhatsApp or by email.
- On the cart page choose Order on WhatsApp and enter your country and postcode. No payment is taken on the website.
- We confirm stock and send a quote with the products, the shipping charge to your country, and the customs duties and import taxes you can expect.
- Once you accept the quote we share the payment details on WhatsApp or email.
- We pack and dispatch the order from India and send you the tracking details.
- When the equipment arrives, we can set it up and support it remotely if you want us to.
What we ship
Business and home networking from MikroTik, Ubiquiti UniFi, TP-Link Omada and Grandstream: routers, WiFi access points, switches, PoE switches, firewalls and mesh WiFi. Prices on the site are in Indian rupees and include Indian GST; your quote shows the amount for your order. The few smart-home items we list are the Indian versions, so ask us before ordering them for use abroad.
Remote setup and support, anywhere
Once the equipment arrives and is connected to the internet, we can set it up remotely: MikroTik routers and hotspots, UniFi and Omada controllers and access points, dual-WAN failover, firewall and website blocking, and guest WiFi login for hotels. We can also monitor and support the network afterwards. Installation on site is done by your own technician or a local partner. Customs duties, import taxes and radio approval
Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges in your country are paid by the buyer, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing for your order. The quote shows what to expect, but the final amount is set by your country's customs.
WiFi access points and routers are radio equipment. Some countries require them to be type-approved or certified before they can be imported or used, and some limit channels or transmit power. Please check your local import and radio rules before you order; we can share the product datasheet to help.
Payment
No payment is taken on the website. International orders are confirmed on WhatsApp or by email; after you accept the quote, we share the payment details there. Delivery time depends on the courier and your country, including customs clearance; ask us for an estimate with your quote.

The Gulf is part of our service area: we design, configure and monitor hotel and office networks there remotely, with installation by a local partner. If you are setting up a hotel, villa, office or labour camp network, we can quote the hardware and the remote setup together. Our nearest neighbours and part of our service area, with remote design and a local partner for installation. MikroTik and UniFi equipment is common in hotel, office and ISP networks across Africa. Send us your model list and we will quote shipping to your country, then help configure the routers, hotspot and access points remotely. Import duties and type-approval rules differ a lot between countries, so ask your clearing agent or regulator before you order.
Europe and the UK
Honestly, local distributors in Europe and the UK are often cheaper for the hardware alone once shipping and import taxes are added, and the products usually come with local warranty and certification. Where we add value is the work around it: remote design, configuration, guest WiFi hotspot and ongoing support. Ask us for a setup-only quote if you prefer to buy the hardware locally.
USA, Canada and Australia
As with Europe, local distributors are usually cheaper for the hardware alone, and local stock avoids import paperwork and radio-certification questions.
