About the GRP2602P 2-Line IP Phone, 4 SIP Accounts, PoE
The Grandstream GRP2602P is a business SIP desk phone from Grandstream's GRP essential range, with 2 lines and 4 SIP accounts, HD audio and built-in PoE, so one network cable gives it both power and connection. It is designed for zero-touch provisioning and central management through Grandstream's GDMS, which matters when you install many phones at once.
The extra SIP accounts let one phone carry numbers for more than one department or company - useful for shared offices and small teams.
Good for
- ✓Offices sharing several numbers
- ✓Department desks
- ✓Small business reception
Consider something else if: For more simultaneous calls or busy reception desks, choose the 3-line GRP2603P or GRP2604P.

Questions about the GRP2602P 2-Line IP Phone, 4 SIP Accounts, PoE
+Does it need a power adapter?
No, not with a PoE switch or PoE injector: the network cable powers the phone. Without PoE you need a separate power adapter.
+Will it work with my existing PBX?
It is a standard SIP phone, so it registers to most SIP IP PBXs and cloud PBX services. Works with any standard SIP IP PBX, including Grandstream UCM6300 series and cloud PBX services; for hotels it pairs with a UCM IP PBX.
+Can I use it with a Jio or Airtel landline?
Only through a SIP account or an IP PBX. Connect your SIP trunk or the FXO port of an IP PBX to the line, and the phone registers to the PBX.
+Do you install and configure it?
Yes. We set up the IP PBX, extensions and phones on site in the tricity or remotely anywhere.
