About the GRP2604P 3-Line IP Phone with Extra Keys, PoE
The Grandstream GRP2604P is a business SIP desk phone from Grandstream's GRP essential range, with 3 lines and 6 SIP accounts, HD audio and built-in PoE, so one network cable gives it both power and connection. It is designed for zero-touch provisioning and central management through Grandstream's GDMS, which matters when you install many phones at once.
Its extra programmable keys can be set as speed dials or extension busy-lamp keys, so an operator or manager sees and reaches key extensions with one press.
Good for
- ✓Reception and operator desks
- ✓Managers and supervisors
- ✓Hotel front desk
Consider something else if: For guest rooms or basic desks, the GRP2601P costs much less.

Questions about the GRP2604P 3-Line IP Phone with Extra Keys, PoE
+Does it need a power adapter?
No, not with a PoE switch or PoE injector: the network cable powers the phone. Without PoE you need a separate power adapter.
+Will it work with my existing PBX?
It is a standard SIP phone, so it registers to most SIP IP PBXs and cloud PBX services. Works with any standard SIP IP PBX, including Grandstream UCM6300 series and cloud PBX services; for hotels it pairs with a UCM IP PBX.
+Can I use it with a Jio or Airtel landline?
Only through a SIP account or an IP PBX. Connect your SIP trunk or the FXO port of an IP PBX to the line, and the phone registers to the PBX.
+Do you install and configure it?
Yes. We set up the IP PBX, extensions and phones on site in the tricity or remotely anywhere.
