About the UCM6304 IP PBX - 2000 Users, 300 Calls
The Grandstream UCM6304 is an IP PBX from the UCM6300 series: one box that runs your extensions, IVR menus, call queues, call recording, voicemail and video meetings, for up to 2000 users and 300 concurrent calls. Staff can also use the free Grandstream Wave app to take office calls on a phone or laptop.
For hotels it provides room extensions, reception and department lines, and wake-up calls; for offices, extensions with IVR and call recording. The UCM6300 series also supports remote access and cloud management through Grandstream's UCM RemoteConnect and GDMS.
